What is Back Pain (Low Back Pain) ?
Common symptom of back pain is an ache, pain or stiffness anywhere in the lower back, and sometimes all the way down to the buttocks and legs. Some back issues can cause pain in other parts of the body, depending on the nerves affected.
Low back pain is a common painfull condition affected the lower portion of the spine.
TYPES OF LOW BACK PAIN
- Spondylolisthesis-: ( vertebra slips forward or backward).
- Muscle strains-:(from overuse or poor posture).
- Sciatica (compressed nerves).
- Spinal stenosis ( narrowing of the spinal canal).
- Spondylitis (a spinal infection that creates inflammation).
- Scoliosis
- Osteoporosis.
- Piriformis syndrome.

Muscle stiffness-: (Tight hamstring muscle), Inflammation or swelling Numbness, Radiating pain ( pain down to leg),
Pain and discomfort ,Difficulty in urination
